Premium products under the OMOIKIRI brand are produced in several factories located in Asia, Europe and Russia. All kitchen sinks and taps are manufactured in compliance with high Japanese standards of quality and technology. Natural high-quality materials answering strict environmental requirements are only used in production. Granite, steel, brass and copper are purchased from suppliers who have undergone careful competitive selection. The company employs highly qualified specialists regularly trained by Japanese craftsmen during annual retraining and additional training. At the end of the year every plant specialist passes an exam to confirm the qualification.

Stainless steel

All stainless steel OMOIKIRI is labeled 18/8. This austenitic steel contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which provides maximum protection against corrosion. The stainless steel OMOIKIRI undergoes a unique treatment with cold called "GOKIN" ©, which increases its hardness and wear resistance.

PVD / ORB coating

OMOIKIRI company actively uses the newest types of wear-resistant coatings - PVD and ORB. PVD technology means spraying the condensation from the vapor (gas) phase onto the starting material, which gives the products hardness, durability and anti-allergic properties. ORB-coating gives the tap a shade of oiled bronze.

TETOGRANIT

TETOGRANIT consists of 80% granite crumb and 20% acrylic resin. It is characterized by high reliability, homogeneous structure, as well as resistance to the influence of various chemicals. In the TETOGRANIT formula a special material TETORON is added. It is based on synthetic fibers, which provide protection from bacteria on the surface of the sink. OMOIKIRI has a unique innovative production system: T.P.S. (TETOGRANIT Production System), which can be considered the most progressive.

TETOGRANIT

Natural GRANITE

All OMOIKIRI granite is extracted using the unique patented technology of mining the stone "ISHIKU" © by cutting, which helps to avoid micro-cracks in the structure of the stone. Each OMOIKIRI sink is made from a single piece of granite without the use of polymer materials. This increases its strength, durability, resistance to chemical agents and temperature changes. All the OMOIKIRI granite sinks are coated with DuPont varnish, which extends the service life and improves resistance to mechanical and chemical damage.

Copper and brass

OMOIKIRI copper is obtained hydrometallurgically – by leaching copper ore. This method allows to achieve full copper recovery. OMOIKIRI uses high quality brass with nickel-chrome plating, which is made by galvanizing (nickel thickness - 8-12 microns, chromium - 0.2-0.3 microns). OMOIKIRI brass is resistant to deformation caused by water. Due to the thickness of the material, the mixer withstands high operating loads, does not loosen and leak.

ARTGRANIT

ARTGRANIT is created on the basis of solid particles of quartz and granite, as well as a strong binder component, which has no analogues in the market. This method allows to reduce the production process, thereby reducing the cost of it. In addition, modified polyester resins increase mechanical strength and heat resistance. One of the components of the filler for ARTGRANIT sinks is ground quartz of the smallest dimensions, which is known for its unsurpassed strength.
